Chris Hanna is a well-known creator in the marketing agency industry, and took the time to answer our questions. Submagic helped Chris optimizing his workflow, saving to "All In Content" hundreds of hours and increasing by 3 its revenue. Curious to discover his background? Let's dive deeper into the conversation we had together! 🧡
Can you please introduce yourself?
"Sure, my name is Chris Hanna and I'm the CEO of All in Content, based in Canada. We focus on batch creating videos for small businesses and entrepreneurs who struggle with content creation. We've got 10 active clients and we're growing in Canada and the United States. My background includes various business ventures, and I've been batch creating content since 2018 for my personal brand. I specialize in video content creation, which I find more effective than text. "
Why did you start creating short videos?
"I started creating short videos because I enjoyed it and found it to be a great way to be creative and share my message. It helped me get speaking gigs and generate interest in what I had to say. The pandemic slowed down speaking gigs, but I found fulfillment in creating videos. It's a medium I naturally gravitated towards and had fun doing."
How did you use to edit your shorts before Submagic?
"Before using Submagic, I used a variety of tools to edit my short videos. I found it frustrating and time-consuming, especially when adding captions and graphics. I was hoping for a tool to save me from this. Then I found Submagic, and it changed everything for me drastically."
What's the most significant benefit you've gained from using Submagic?
"Well... it increased my revenue by 300%! Yes, I've done the math, *laugh*."
"It's incredible because the tool has allowed me to customize templates to match my personal style and branding, making my content unique and helping me stand out from others in the industry. This has been a game changer for my business, and I'm excited about the future growth and opportunities it will bring."
What advice would you give to others who want to start creating content in the video automation niche?
"My advice for those starting a business like mine would be to focus on local markets initially, as it can be overwhelming to target a wider audience.
Networking with others in the industry and exploring new tools and technologies is crucial. Once you have clients, over-deliver and provide more value to create more opportunities. It's important to have a strategy and to stand out by offering unique and customized services."
One more thing, what’s your favorite Submagic subtitle design?
"I love all of them, to be honest. The ability to customize the templates is a game changer for me. I can pick a template and then customize it with my own font and style, making it unique to my brand. This level of customization allows me to create a distinct style that stands out from the rest. It's all about having that consistency of visuals and I want to stand out and be different."
